Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gogo Rummy. By accessing, downloading, or registering on the application, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.

1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Access to cash games is strictly restricted for residents of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, and Meghalaya.

2. Account Creation & Security

• Each player is entitled to register only one single account verified by an active Indian mobile number.
• Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or proxy access are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and login OTP.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

KYC verification with government-issued documentation (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Bank Statement) is mandatory prior to initiating real-money withdrawals. PAN verification is strictly required for income tax reporting.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods legally owned by the registered player. Withdrawals are processed through authorized banking channels (IMPS / UPI). In accordance with Section 194BA of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961, TDS at the prescribed rate of 30% is deducted from net winnings upon withdrawal.

5. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity, including:

• Use of automated software, artificial intelligence, bots, or emulators.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or table sharing with other users.
• Exploitation of software bugs or intentional connection drops.

6. Termination & Suspension

Gogo Rummy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found in violation of these Terms or involved in fraudulent conduct, with forfeiture of any illegitimately gained wallet balance.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
